Small But Mighty Hallway Bathroom Remodel in Berea, KY
This small hallway bathroom got a desperately needed remodel. All of the drywall on the walls and ceiling was replaced with mold/mildew resistant drywall. The shower soffit was removed to open up the shower area and to make the bathroom feel a little bigger. The old tub and fiberglass surround were replaced with a new arctic white tub and matching fiberglass surround. A new LED exhaust fan with a Bluetooth speaker was installed so the customer could listen to music or podcasts streaming from their phone. Two recessed LED lights were installed on a dimmer switch to give the customer the option to brighten the shower or dim the lights for a nice soak in the tub. After waterproofing the subfloor, porcelain tile was installed on the floor to go along with the modern country feel of the bathroom. A new vanity was installed on top of a custom base which raised the level of the vanity top to a more comfortable height for the customer.

Client Review: Dale and his crew did a great job on our two bathroom remodels. In this post COVID world we're living in today, simple things can become complicated. Lead times and material issues are bound to complicate any project. It's in those situations when you need a partner. Dale is a very good partner. He was more than happy to take the lead on a couple of material issues on our project and even when a six plus week lead time on a part for our shower stressed us all out he improvised and got us a working solution until the final product arrived. His workmanship is top notch and exceeded our expectations again and again. But when you invite strangers into your home for several days (or weeks) character is just as important as craftsmanship and Dale is a very high moral individual. From our very first phone conversation, to the quoting process, to completion of the project I knew not only our project but our home and our pets were in very good hands. I highly recommend him and we'll be using him on any of our future projects.
